How to delete your KinderBee account and what happens to school records.

Delete inside the app
You can initiate account deletion directly in KinderBee:
- Open KinderBee and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm the warning. The app signs you out after deletion completes.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes your sign-in account, personal profile, saved device tokens, and your staff or guardian access link for KinderBee.
School records
Records about a child, class, attendance, care notes, fees, reports, and school messages belong to the school. These records may be retained by the school for operational, safeguarding, legal, or accounting reasons.
To review, correct, export, or remove a child's school record, contact your school office directly.

If you cannot access the app or need technical help with deletion, email angelonartey@hotmail.com. Include the email address or phone number used for your KinderBee sign-in.
