Families and school staff
KinderBee access is managed by your school office. If you cannot sign in, cannot see your child or class, need a profile corrected, or need records reviewed, contact the school office first.
- Use the same email address or phone number the school office added to the roster.
- Ask the office to resend an invite if your account says you are not on the roster.
- For child record corrections, ask the office to update the school record.

For technical support, submission questions, or App Store review follow-up, email angelonartey@hotmail.com.
Include the device model, iOS version, the sign-in method you used, and a short description of what happened.
Safety and urgent school matters
KinderBee is not an emergency service. For urgent pickup, medical, safety, or attendance issues, contact your school office directly using the school's normal emergency contact process.
